Hillcrest Health Systems has two communities – Mable Rose Estates – located at the corner of 48th Street and Hwy 370 - and Hillcrest Health Plaza - located on Hillcrest Drive one block north of Hwy 370.
Mable Rose Estates was the first Assisted Living community in Sarpy County. Here, three care choices are offered . First, the assisted living community offers personal assistance and private apartments designed to maintain a resident’s independence, dignity and privacy.
Also at Mable Rose Estates is The Club - Adult Day Services. The Club provides a lending hand to caregivers by providing a social daytime activity program for adults who need assistance.
Mable Rose Memory Support Homes meet the physical, recreational and emotional needs of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other types of memory loss in elegant residential home settings.
At Hillcrest Health Plaza five different care choices are offered. First, Hillcrest Health & Rehab specializes in rehabilitation following hospitalization. Beautiful private suites with state of the art rehab programs speed the recovery process. Outpatient rehab therapy is also available at this location at Hillcrest Physical Therapy.
Victoria Gardens offers support for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other types of memory loss in a beautiful home like setting
Also at Hillcrest Health Plaza is long-term skilled nursing care in an intergenerational setting. This intergenerational setting is provided by Lillie’s House, a nationally licensed and accredited child development center and preschool. The children at Lillie’s House participate in a diverse curriculum which emphasizes on cognitive, social, emotional, physical and creative development.
Hillcrest Home Care, a new service of Hillcrest Health Systems offers nursing, therapy (physical, occupational, speech), homemaker and companion services allowing seniors to remain independent in their own homes.
