DSN-Omaha is currently accepting applications for 2 full-time Residential Managers to oversee services in a residential setting.  The people receiving services are very unique individuals who would like a Residential Manager who has the experience to support them in developing the necessary skills to reach their goals.  Applicants should possess progressive supervisory experience, outstanding communication and motivational skills, a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge pertaining to people serviced in human service settings as well as in completing functional analysis and program development.  Job duties will include, but are not limited to: directly overseeing 13-18 staff, training new employees, daily direction, coordination and evaluation of the location that you oversee, on-call 24-5 position with rotating weekend on-call.
